Lindt needed to increase penetration and gain new consumers to try their product in Sweden.

They wanted a simple but effective campaign to lower the barrier for consumers to try their product.


Our approach

We created a money back campaign with the message “taste guarantee”, where shoppers could buy the product and get their money back if they did not like the taste.

The campaign was executed in-store with big displays and online with the Loyaltic ReceiptScan solution.



Everyone from the Lindt sales team, the stores and the shoppers perceived the campaign as attractive. Sales increased more than 20% compared to the same period last year. On top of the sales increase, the campaign costs were much lower than a direct price reduction would have been, resulting in an extremely high campaign ROI.
