Challenge

Lenovo wanted to motivate, educate and reward their best performing resellers in Finland. The initial challenge was to identify the top performing resellers and start a dialogue with them. Lenovo needed a platform and a partner who could help them do that.

 

Our approach

Together with the team at Lenovo, we created the Lenovo Doers Club. We built a digital platform where the resellers would earn points for specific action. We recruited the best resellers to the program and motivated them to learn more about Lenovo’s products.

 

Results

The program has helped increase Lenovo sales over many years. The program has also helped Lenovo to identify their best resellers and to retain them.
