Challenge

The Coca-Cola owned coffee brand Chaqwa struggled with their website which did not deliver enough leads to the sales team. The need was to redesign and rebuild the website, and to generate more traffic and to convert more leads.

 

Our approach

Loyaltic was tasked to analyse the existing website and make a full redesign based on the findings. We developed the new website using a methodology and technology to capture leads. Once the site was done Loyaltic created a digital media strategy and managed the media buying across multiple digital and social media channels.

 

Results

The number of leads is constantly increasing and the KPIs demonstrate a profitable project ROI. The traffic has increased with more than 100% since the project started. The site is producing 3 times more leads per week and the cost per lead has decreased significantly.
